The family of SPC Phillip C. Welch has requested the PGR to join them in welcoming home their hero as he returns home from Afghanistan after one year of deployment. He deserves his country’s respect for his service and dedication. He stood the line for us, now we must stand the line for him and show him  and his family we support them, especially during this time of the year. Our men and women in uniform are standing for us this very minute and will be standing as well during the months/years to come.
 
Ft Lauderdale Intl Airport: Meet at the United Airlines arrival concourse (TBD).  Should arrive no later than 1:15pm at the airport parking.
